Satisfaction Guaranteed
At Bambina we are proud to offer quality products and we stand by this with a 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are not complete happy with your purchase please send it back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. All items must be unworn/unused and returned complete with original labels & packaging. We are unable to offer exchange or refund on sale items unless the item is faulty. See FOQ'S for more information on product returns.
Delivery Time
We undertake to deliver your order as promptly as possible and most orders leave our warehouse within a few hours of order placement. For New Zealand orders please allow 1-4 working days for delivery (rural delivery can take a day or two longer). For delivery times on overseas orders please contact us for an estimated delivery time. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to hospitals or maternity centres so we recommend delivery to a home address.
Pricing
We cannot guarantee that pricing in our retail store is the same as available on-line. To ensure you receive on-line pricing please place your order on-line and select "collect from our Birkenhead store" at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection from our store within 1 working day of receipt of your order.
Discount codes & coupons
Discount codes/coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or special offer. Please contact us if you would like to check if your coupon or discount code is valid for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
Pricing errors
We do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate but errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to relevant consumer law), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

Bambina respects your privacy. We will not retain your payment details or pass your information on to any other company or third party. If you have received an email newsletter from Bambina and do not wish to receive any more please click "unsubscribe" at the very bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our database. If you experience any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.

Collecting from our store
You can now collect your on-line order from our store in Birkenhead, Auckland. Simply select the COLLECT option at checkout and we will have your order ready the following working day. There is absolutely no freight charge if you select this option and it is a great chance to check out our beautiful store complete with kids play area!.
